Okay , it's my CNY cookies post again!
1st of all , im really addicted to Bake For Happy Kids
refer to Zoe's post , and i tried to do it !
2nd after 1st condition , i've salted egg left over lah !!
it's some left over from my previous batch of Lai Wong Bao (Salted Egg Lava Bun)
So , here is my Salted Egg CNY Cookies!

Haha.. it's my first time , first time trying Salted Egg Cookies and
it was a success !! Clap clap !
85g Butter soften at room temperature
35g Caster sugar
2pcs Cooked Salted Egg Yolk , mashed
125g Low Protein Flour
10g Corn flour
1/8tsp Baking Powder
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten to glaze
Chia Seeds for sprinkle

1. Place butter, caster sugar, mashed salted egg yolk into TM bowl , MC , 3 min , sp3
2. Add in all sort of flour & baking powder as mentioned above, MC , 20 sec , sp4
3. Lay on the baking mat , and cut your cookies to desired shape (refrigerator for 30min to 1 hour for easier shaping purposes)
4. Brush your cookies with the egg yolk , one layer and sprinkle chia seeds on top
2. Add in all sort of flour & baking powder as mentioned above, MC , 20 sec , sp4
3. Lay on the baking mat , and cut your cookies to desired shape (refrigerator for 30min to 1 hour for easier shaping purposes)
4. Brush your cookies with the egg yolk , one layer and sprinkle chia seeds on top
5. Philips Air Fryer , preheat 180°c 3min , cookies lined on the basket and AF 180°c 15min or untill Golden Brown
(Alternative Preheat Oven 170°c and bake for 15min)
6. Allow cookies to completely cool before transfer them into your air tight container. Sealed and coutdown for CNY lo.......
