It's the cheesecake season again!
if you ever tried my Chilled Oreo Cheese Cake before -> Recipe
Today, i'm going to share a new recipe!
Chilled Lemon Cheese Cake!!
I prefer lemon cheese cake more than oreo cheese cake because of it sour-ish~
and not too fattening ~

Chilled Lemon Cheese Cake
Base
120g Digestive Biscuit
70g Butter
Fillings
250g cream cheese
100g sugar
1 pcs lemon , zest , juice
200g Thickened cream
3 tsp Gelatin Powder
2 tbsp Boiling water
Base
1.Place biscuits into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Set aside.
2.Place butter into mixing bowl and melt 2 min/ 50°C/ speed 1.
3.Combine 5 sec/speed 5.
4.Press into 22cm cake tin.
Cheesecake Mixture
5.Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 5 sec/speed 9
6. Add Cream Cheese and combine 1 min/speed 4.
7.Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then add to mixture, with lemon juice and thickened cream on 1 min/ Blade reverse button /speed 4.
8.Check bases and wiggle them free if stuck, then pour mixture on top and chill for 30 minutes.
9.Decorate with topping....
Toppings
2 tsp Gelatin Powder
200ml Boiling water
2 tsp sugar
lemon zest
10.Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then add in lemon zest , sugar , pour into the chilled cheesecake (remember to chill your cheesecake first before you proceed with this last step! Enjoy~
